About Me

My name is Ryan Kircher. I am a 25 year old racing driver based in Thousand Oaks, California.

I wasn’t born into a racing family or put into karting at a young age like many drivers today. I grew up in the small town of Yuma, Arizona, watching motorsports and dreaming that one day it could become my reality. That dream didn’t come with a clear path, but it gave me direction.

After graduating from college in 2023, I made the decision to fully commit to pursuing a career in racing.

Without the traditional ladder system, I built my foundation in the simulator. What started as a passion quickly turned into a disciplined training environment. I approached sim racing not as a game, but as a tool to study driving technique, racecraft, data, and consistency. Through that process, I developed the skills to compete at a high level and began racing professionally on simulators for teams competing on an international stage.

That experience became my entry point into real world racing. Since then, I have been competing in the Rush SR series while continuing to develop across multiple platforms. I also had the opportunity to complete testing and in a Lamborghini Super Trofeo, gaining valuable experience in a premier GT car.

Without a traditional background in the sport, I have had to build my path from the ground up, developing not just as a driver, but as a competitor who understands how to extract performance in any environment.

Alongside racing, I work with drivers through both simulator and in person coaching, helping them accelerate their development and get more out of their track time. My focus is on professionalism, preparation, and translating skills from the sim into real world performance.
